Beta Software
DeerIntel is currently in beta testing. The service is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uptime, data retention, or feature availability. Features may change, be removed, or stop working at any time without notice. Your data may be reset during the beta period. By using DeerIntel, you acknowledge that you are using beta software and assume all risks associated with doing so.
Data We Collect
DeerIntel collects GPS coordinates and location data for your hunting property, trail camera placements, scouted sign, and deer sightings. This data is used exclusively to power your property's AI analysis. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose outside of providing the DeerIntel service to you.
AI Recommendations
DeerIntel's AI-generated pins and analysis are informational only and are not a substitute for your own judgment in the field. Always follow your state's hunting laws and regulations.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
Hunting is an inherently dangerous activity. By using DeerIntel, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with hunting, outdoor activities, and the use of beta software, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, data loss, and service interruption. You agree that DeerIntel, its owner, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind — including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — arising from your use of this service, reliance on AI-generated recommendations, or participation in any hunting activity. You expressly waive any and all claims against DeerIntel and its owner, and agree to hold DeerIntel and its owner completely harmless from any and all liability whatsoever. Your use of DeerIntel constitutes your acknowledgment that you are assuming full and sole responsibility for any and all outcomes resulting from your use of this application.
Account Termination
DeerIntel reserves the right to terminate any account or shut down the service at any time during the beta period without notice or liability.
